Our 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your Glowrest Bio-Collagen Masks, we'll refund you. You have 180 days from the day your order is delivered to ask, and you don't need to send anything back.
No forms, no restocking fees, no runaround.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@glowrest.co or call 512-666-0112 within 180 days of delivery.
Include your order number and the name or email you used at checkout.
Tell us what didn't work for you if you'd like. It helps us improve, but it's optional.
We'll confirm your refund within 1 to 2 business days.
What's Covered
Every bundle. The guarantee covers 1, 2 and 3 box orders, including any add-ons bought with that order. You get a full refund of the product price, even if you've used some or all of the masks.
Orders from glowrest.co only. If you bought Glowrest from another seller or marketplace, their return policy applies.
Shipping fees. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong (see below).
One guarantee per customer. The guarantee can be used once per customer and shipping address. Orders placed after a refund aren't eligible.
No return needed. Because skincare can't be resold once opened, you can keep or dispose of the masks.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, a mask is defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund including shipping, whichever you prefer.
Lost packages: if tracking shows your order as delivered but it never arrived, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and reship or refund your order.
When You'll Get Your Money
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 2 business days, and your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it. You'll get an email when your refund is issued.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. To cancel or change your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll cancel it for a full refund including shipping. If your order has already shipped, you can still use the 180-day guarantee once it arrives.
